*******ly deducted money from my account for RWC special

I signed up for the once-off RWC special at R19.99. Although it was advertised as R19.99, I was charger R22.52 (why not R19.99??) which I paid using my credit card, and select the option to pay-as-you go (or whatever it was called). DSTV has bank details for me as I was once a subscriber, and was subsequently billed R86.70 on 31 October for the same service, and the money was deducted from my bank account. I see I now still owe R9 odd. Going through my DSTV statement I did not owe anything when the R86.70 was deducted from my bank account. You have therefore *******ly deducted R86.70 from my bank account. Please refund the money, and make sure you remove my banking details from your system so that you can never take money from me again.
