Luyanda from Insurance Department

I would just like to commend Luyanda from the insurance department for his customer service and how he was able to assist me with our issues, after the customer service department failed dismally at helping me out. I was put through to him yesterday and a technician was sent to my house today and the issue has been sorted. He had initially said 3 - 5 working days to manage my expectations, but this morning I got a call from the technician saying that he was on his way. Give this man a Bells!!!
