Loyalty benefits

This call centre agents calling for the loyalty benefits are so rude. I feel like I'm harassed every single day because I get like 6 calls a day and they give you so much attitude when you tell them 6pu not interested in this extra add on. I'm so tired of being harassed every single day. Can you please tell these people in that call centre that they need to listen to us and understand if we say no No means No. I want to be removed from. The data base because I'm so tired of the amount of calls I'm getting
