Loyal reward Insurance **** trickery

I received a call and was told I am receiving free death cover because I am a loyal dstv customer. To my dismay I received an email with the policy documents stating the premium for this cover is R45 pm.....is multichoice so desperate now that they trick us broad daylight. This is a **** and worst part is that I told the guy on the phone that I am unemployed....he didn't give a damn, he just smooth talked and said this is free because I am a loyal client....what BS is this??? I think I should just cancel everything with multichoice
