Loyal Customer ? Who cares i just want your money

A long story Short. My dad Paid multichoice on the 1st of June, however he made a mistake with 1 digit on the ref.

Multichoice phones weeks later saying we havent made payment. The story was given and i sent POP for clarification. Then i get a call from blake saying i havent made payment. i told the girl there that i would forward her the POP to show that i did inform multichoice and they know the situation so why are you calling me? the girl told me to do so and she will take it to her manager in which she hasnt called to date. There was arrears of R170 so my point was if we made payment on the 1st why are they charging a penalty for a common mistake?

i sent an email to multichoice asking why are they charging arrears when they knew it was an honest mistake by the customer and that they should grant us grace for that. I GET NO REPLY

Then today my mother gets a call saying that she owes R300 in arrears. So what is happening here is that multichoice is hounding a loyal and long serving customer plus accruing arrear interest payment every month. There is no grace and no empathy from multichoice for a simple yet common mistake. we ask multichoice to kindly s**** off the arrear payment.

I SIMPLY WANT MANAGEMENT TO GET INVOLVED AND ADVISE FURTHER. OUR REFERENCE IS ********** 5
