Lousy DSTV service

Phoned the call centre to reactivate my account. 1st consultant was helpful but came across as irritated by my persistent questions. Second call to a different operator was totally clueless in her ability to help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was pit on permanent hold. No wonder MULTICHOICE is lossing business. ...lousy service ....
