Lost Payments
I am so sick of the bad service from DSTV for the amount of money we pay. You tell me payments were reversed and the money is not in my account. I have sent through the statements as requested to at least 4 different email addresses and told I would get a case number. <br> <br> Needless to say I have now been cut off for the second time this week as you cannot adjust the amount in pay you to reflect only the March amount which I want to pay. I refuse to pay you again for payments supposedly reversed into my account that have not been. It is a long weekend and you just cut me off...seriously what is wrong with you DStv Get you act together, stop ripping us off and ensure my account is active and not switched off while you resolve your own missing payments that are not my fault
