Lost my money ,no data recieved, now disconnected.
Since I've been complaining nothing has been resolved. I payed my package after ,now they even disconnected me .since I payed my package I haven't received data its a month now .this is the 5th review. I really need to report dstv guys I cannot loose money like that .

18 Mar 2024, 06:51Can anyone advise me where can I report multichoice, I've been writing reviews, sending emails making long calls ,but my issue is not yet resolved. It's been a month now without a data , I've been disconnected as well but I have paid for a full month . Is credit ombudsman help. I need to find ways to report them .
They called me Saturday saying I'll be contacted again yesterday. But nothing .I even asked them to cancel my internet but there's no way they willing to assist. Anyway who knows where I can report them .
Kindly help us .
