Lost/****** Decoder

In Monday 29th of July I signed for a brand new decoder from DSTV on Pricelock.. Everything approved and I get a notification that my decoder and installer will arrive Wednesday the 31st of July.. Wednesday came and went and Thursday morning I receive a message that says the decoder was succesfully delivered and installed, but there was no one.. So the only conclusion I can come up with is that my installer stole the decoder.. Poor service from DSTV.
