Loss of Dual View

I refer to complaint by ChristalJVN about their dual view decoder. We have exactly the same problem. We were also able to watch 3 different channels at the same time with our HD PVR and our dual view PVR on extra view. We can only watch one channel with the Explora replacement on extra view. I am required to purchase another decoder and pay another full monthly subscription for the third channel.
Therefore the response by Kristel of Multichoice that \The only option (without incurring additional monthly subscriptions) is to connect two decoders in XtraView. You could also use a splitter to get the third non-independent viewing environment"is not correct.
We are prepared to purchase a replacement decoder. We would like to know how we can still watch 3 different channels at the same time with the same monthly subscription. """

Hello starct,

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with your account. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response in this regard.

As per our telephonic conversation we have informed you that at the moment the only way you can connect two decoders to one subscription is by Xtraview and the third viewing will be on a separate subscription. Also advised that we have a campaign currently whereby if you exchange your active SDPVR we will offer a discount when buying an Explora. Please do not hesitate to use any of our touchpoints below inorder to contact us if you experience any challenges in the future.

Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
