Losing signal

In December we were losing signal so called repair company Galacti Pretoria road Kempton Park.they installed a new part and a cover to waterproof it.I was charged 950 after them taking 2 weeks to come.I compained in January and was told i will be phoned iwas not phoned.Having returned from oversees to find they never called and the signal is as it was before i paid.We sometimes need to reboot 50times a night.Shocking service
