Looking for a reason to disconnect your Service

<p>I had a debit order paying my monthly subscription with D stv. Unfortunetaly they decided to debit my account any day that suits them resulting in my debit order to be sent back costing me bank charges and reconnecting fees every time the debit order did not go through my account. I then changed to EFT paying my subscribtion once my salary has being deposited. Only to receive numerous messages from the 25th of every month that they are going to suspend my services if I am not paying before the 1st of every month. Giving them no reason to suspend my account as the transfers were made in goog time this month they decided to take my subscription and transfer it to someone else account and suspend my services without any communication. Three calls and fifteen minutes later to the call centre the only reply is "Sorry someone else claimed the money with a proof of payment and they transferred the money to another account" How can they transferred a payment from my account without my concent???</p>
