Lockdown abuse!
I am quiet disappointed and and angry with dstv taking advantage when we going through a rough patch as a country since it’s lockdown....
they have ******ed R962 from me for a catch up plus package!! They know I couldn’t do anything but pay since I can’t move and need television during time but I’m horrified. Stating my account was overdue by R623? Whenever did dstv let u watch tv while in areas for a month?!
My statements on line say nothing of the contrary and I know I had paid all that was due the previous months so please assist me by letting them clarify this ***** for me. I have contacted them and they are not helpful. I need answers. IM NOT LETTING THIS ONE GO!!!
