Load shedding

Why must i pay the full subscription on my DSTV if i don't get the full service that i am billed for?

this is caused by load shedding and i feel it is only fair that Multichoice reimburse the hours that i paid for already but did not have the pleasure of enjoying.

And i would also like to not that any further load shedding should reflect on my bill as a discount

Thanks

Hello MnrN,

We here at MultiChoice are just as concerned about ongoing load shedding as our customers are ?- we don?t want our customers to miss out on their DStv entertainment.

MultiChoice is not responsible for the supply of electricity to customers' homes and therefore cannot be held liable for compensation when the electricity is not supp****.

We have quite a few services that will help our customers stay tuned.

Our DStv Now app for smartphones enables our Premium customers to have a PVR in their pocket ?- they can access M-Net and SuperSport channels live, and their favourite shows on DStv Catch Up. Customers with Walkas will also be able to stay tuned through our DStv Mobile services. Just make sure you keep your devices charged!

Our DStv Catch Up service for our Premium customers with PVRs is also a great way to not miss out on your favourite show due to load shedding.

You don?t have to miss out on any of the big sport games either, thanks to the SuperSport app and the ability to stream matches live from SuperSport.com.

Warm regards

Nesta

Best regards,
