LIVE UP TO YOUR PROMISES DSTV

I received an email from DSTV early in February telling me that if I paid my account on time for 3 months my 4th month would be fee. Same email in March saying I only had to make 2 more payments, i.e. and I would get a free month. On 2nd April the email said only a few more days (I always pay on the 10th) and I would have earned my free month. Well guess what? My account was suspended on 11th May!! Despite call to DSTV and reference numbers for my calls NOTHING has happened. It is no wonder that DSTV is losing customers every day! Guess who will be adding their name to that list!!
