Live Chat: Shocking service from AZ Rotshidzwa

I am disappointed and quite frankly angry at the poor service offered by your Live Chat agents. I wouldn't be saying this is it was a once off, but I have had poor service consistently. The Live Chat agents seemed to no be trained to resolve actual customer service issues. I made a payment on the 8th of February. My services are still off. This is unacceptable.

I specifically want to lay a formal complaint for "AZ Rotshidzwa" who is the absolute worst agent I have ever dealt with at Multichoice. This agent did not even do the security verification. Our interaction lasted over 40 minutes because they took long to reply. I need my services connected immediately.
