LIVE CHAT BAD SERVICE

I am so unhappy about the service that I got from their live chat avant Palesa M. I was on the line for over 30 minutes with her and she just got rid of me without resolving my query. I am deeply disappointed. Have sent an email to their manager on duty tonight Mark and I'm still awaiting feedback...my package is blocked so I can't watch tv and nobody can tell me why from Dstv.. .wow
