Listen to me clearly. Avoid DStv at all costs! Absolute ********!

Let me explain why DStv is a **** :). My pricelock premium with DStv is R534 every month. I received a call from a company called On Air who is a partner of DStv and they offered me an upgrade on my decoder, which I said no to. On the 6th of January I contacted DStv because an amount of R663 was debited from my account. They told me that was due to the upgrade on my account that I DID NOT AGREE TO. They said they'd credit me R119, when instead it should have been R129. Then on the 4th of February they debited R425, so it turns out that they actually only credited me R109 haha. Anyway, I moved on because talking to these people is EXHAUSTING I tell you.

Today I get an SMS saying they will debit R782 this month. I contact them to find out why, and I was told that I have an arrears amount of R120. I asked how is that possible because the only reason I paid a smaller amount of February was because they credited me an amount due to their own error. Then all of a sudden the person I was talking to was having "technical difficulties" and ended the chat. Absolutely ridiculous!! These people are the most *********** people I have ever dealt with and getting any sort of contract would be a huge mistake!
