On the 11 September 2012 I paid Multichoice R1826.23 for a one year contract. On the 23 September 2013 I did not renew my contract and had no more access to the decoder, it was switch off by Multichoice there after.
On the 03 March 2015 I was informed by TransUnion that I was listed by Multichoice for the amount of R3960.00 which was owning to them. I was not aware of this and have never received an account or notification from Multichoice. Please note that none of my personal details or address has changed in this time.
When I phoned Multichoice to enquire about the outstanding amount. I was informed that I had had access to Multichoice decoder from 11 September 2012 to 23 September 2014. When I objected to paying for a service that I never recieved I was put on hold.
