We paid our dstv and requested it to be stopped as we wont be using the service.the agent advised me of the acc number to use at pep stores and gave me the total balance outstanding .she advised me it would cost R50 to reconnect once we decide to do so .I paid the account and swtched off the decoder.<br> That was prob 4/5 mths ago .i rec a call in june to say i have been listed with itc i need to pay R196.i have never received any communication via sms enail or call to request payment on my account ever from dstv.but here i get a call telling me iam listed !the lady i spoke to advised me to contact mulrichoice as they are not allowed to list me if they did not contact me .so incontact multichoice.a superbisor tries to trace my calls to see if i called in .he also advises they emailed me about the account once .the email in queation i havent used in years .when i asked why they never called me as they have my cell number he said he doesnt know .i told him i want piaitive feedback when he calls back and that was a week ago .then the lawyers called me again to say multichoice must sort this out a they needed to contact me. Before listing me .how can u bill someone for not using ur servic
