LISTED AS BAD PAYER INCORRECTLY ON ITC

Thank goodness i have a paid alert service from ITC

I have been out of country since 2012 and had some arrears on my account , these where not listed on ITC and when i reopened my account i paid this balance and for new services , now after all this Multichoice has listed me on ITC as a bad payer and yet my account is up to date ,They say i owe them and have noted a 30 day arrears.

I spoke to a very rude and aggressive person named Phelhello Mahloane who raised her voice and practically shouted the Multichoice law that Multichoice is not responsible to remove the listing and i would get a letter and must deal with it myself. So this means anybody can list a person incorrectly and say oops i made a mistake..it's your problem now..
This is unfair as if you list somebody then you should remove it , this incorrect data reflects negatively on one's credit portfolio , i do realise now that companies can do what they want and consumers have no say , list somebody without talking to them first..we loosing our human touch..
So Sad to come back home and experience the worst customer service.Trust me it is not only Multichoice ,anybody who has access to ITC does this.

Roland Francis
