LINK SHOWMAX TO MY DSTV ACCOUNT

I have Showmax as an add on my DSTV account I have not been able to access Showmax for the entire month of Feb, even after the stupid relaunch, I contacted Multichoice because my account is not linked and when I try to access Showmax it requires me to pay again when I've already paid, the consultants couldn't assist, please train then, I was rather advised to call Showmax myself and request then to link my account, my question is, isnt my product an add on with Multichoice if so then why can't Multichoice assist. Please train your consultants and link the Showmax account to DSTV....CAUSE IVE BASICALLY DONATED R49 FOR FEB WITHOUT EVEN WATCHING...PLEASE FIX THIS CAUSE I DID NOT ASK FOR A REBRAND
