I was treated unfairly an agent by the name of Lindiwe Zulu suspended my account ***3 after being rude to me

I spoke to her on the 1st August 2019 in the evening at 21:38 after holding for a long time

On what ground does she have to suspend my account when only I wanted was the balance to be paid ?? That lindiwe person ended up telling me her name is Nthabiseng likely you can check remarks!

I later called in to speak to a supervisor by the name of Tebogo who promised to call me tomorrow evening
