Lights on but no one's home

Starting in Feb 2022, I have sent the following email to Multichoice 4 times. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply: Good day I want to stream DSTV only for the sports channel to watch international cricket. Is such an option available and what would be the cost.

DSTV show no interest in responding to potential clients'' requests, which maybe explains why the seem to be a failing company.
