Life Saver- Good work is comendable

<p>Today, i got very ANGRY at the agency refusing to help me or explain to me properly because i am foreigner .<br /><br />I got so mad i was shouting and swearing. this lady passed the agency in Maponya. asked me what is wrong. i shouted at her too saying that she is a nobody and she can not help me. <br /><br />She say sir im off today , i will do my best to help you. I explained to her my story about me paying all the time and yet you switch off my account. <br /><br />With the statement in my hand we got inside the shop and she explained and show for me, that dstv is prepaid. and show me how much to pay for me to be upto date. She said next time if i have problem i must use Face Book.<br /><br />Im happy, she didnt say no im a foreigner, she helped me so nicely.
