Lies Told By Agents

Seems honesty not part of the DSTv/Multichoice family. Called multiple times and when I asked for more information they conveniently cut the call without providing their details. The other untruth they said was they don't have e-mail and the only in call centre and don't have access to e-mails. How stupid to they think the public are... just because they are gullible and stupid and believe the lies of their company, they think the public will believe their lies as well. Their excuses are so pathetic and unbelievable that it actually questions the intelligence (if any) and integrity of these people... just shows how low DSTv has stooped. Something that takes 10 seconds ended up going on for over 5 minutes before the agents start to act dumb and cuts the call.
