lies from sales agent

<p>i took an explora contract with multichoice over the phone the guy i was taking it with **** to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>the guy told me that i can if i move within 3 month multichoice will pay for the installation for free, after a month wen i wanted to move i was told it was not true. i called the call center to explain the lies and they listened to recording and confirm the lies. since today i have been waiting for multichoice to tell me how to proceed going forward and no one has contacted me. the last time someone called just told me that they have confirmed that the guy **** and they will call me back. is this another lie?</p>
