Lies and deceit

Dstv multi choice are a bunch of lying *******. In February I took my explora in to test as I had an error e16 (no signal). They said that there was nothing wrong with my decoder and that it was more likely the cables. Whilst there the gentleman (Ja right) said why don’t I upgrade to the price lock for 2 years will be cheaper as the price increase was due to take effect shortly. I said no, as funds are tight and can’t afford to get anyone to install etc., he said that by taking this package it included installation. I asked several times what the price lock included - being a premium package -told all was included. I again said so I will for 2 years pay 899 all inclusive (show max and extra view) plus the R35 for insurance. This was confirmed several times. I do have a witness to all of this. He also said it would only take a day or 2 for installation. Now this is where all goes wrong. 1st of all it never apparently takes a day or 2. It take over a week - a week that doesn’t get refunded as I wait without a signal. Then when they eventually arrive I still had to pay out an extra R520 for a modulator as the “eye” I had doesn’t work with this decoder as promised. So now I’ve gone from paying R969 all inclusive (including insurance) to R1133. What a *******. I would never have taken this contract out if it was going to cost me so much. I want this contract reverted back to my old pay per month. They can come fetch ultra decoder and I’m not paying no cancellation fees.
