Lies about resolving and issue. Issue still not resolved +1 month later

I wrote a review here last month complaining about the bad service they’ve offered me and overcharging on my a account. They responded privately to say “they have tried to contact me” which is very untrue. They have not contacted me and my issue is still not resolved +1 month later. They’re service is appalling. I guess the best thing is to just throw the decoders away, but a smart tv and watch Netflix and Showmax
