Lies

last week I wanted one of my decoders to be reconnected. I called in to find out how much I wouls need to pay they told me about a R99 then they can give me a full balance of my two outstaning decoders but the R99 would also need to be paid on the 26. Today I receive a message that I must pay 534 for decoders to be reconnected. I ask how and where is this amount coming from what is it made up of on twitter they then gave me another amount of R151 odd the next thin I call in I get told that I just need to pay R847 on the 26 the twitter team tell me we need to pay an amount of R909 giving me many proratas. What is going on really for **** sakes.
