I got a call from DSTV on the 14th if not 15th June 2022 and I was told I qualify for Explora Ultra which is R499.00. I took the deal but before I asked about the payments and everything since I was on a price lock on my compact. I was then told that the debit order will go off as normal and that I will be paying cancelation fee of R180.00 or so and the pro-rata. Saturday 18 June explora was installed. Monday I called in just to make sure all is in order with regards to payment so that I don't get surprises come pay day or debit order day. 23 June 2022 today to be specific I am told that my DSTV is blocked because I owe R611.57 which according to my understanding it's only payable on the 25th of this month, I spoke to Shantenique and she told me that I was given wrong information.
