*****, dont call, Promotions is cheats

I have been helped by 15 call center agents. 6 agents have told me their managers will call me back same day or next. It all started 10 days ago and No manager has called and problem still not resolved. I have 5 different reference numbers. Bunch of ***** at DSTV. Worst service ever. I have to explain myself everytime I call and manager is never available. This is my third review of them and they dont care for any comments on hellopeter.
