****'s and unprofessional

I took out a promotional internet contract on the 09 August 2022 of which the agent first loaded a 50GB contract and i told her to change it to 220GB. She changed it and even told how much i will be paying per month which is R699.00 and it included the double data promotion they have for first 3 months. A few days ago i checked my billing and they did not load the double data GB or even the one i chose which was 200GB. The amount they billed me is R1072.00 but it should be R699.00. i have been calling DSTV for the past 1 and half weeks and today they send me an email saying they did not bill me the price lock promotion amount of R699.00 instead they billed me the normal prices which amounts to R1072.00. I told them to listen to their voice recording and they will hear that there agent told me on the second call when she changed the data package to 220GB @R699.00 that this is the price i will pay. How can i pay R1072.00 for internet when i can pay R260.00 a month for it. Right now none of them want to help me. It is ridiculous. I want this thing cancelled and my billing changed back to the compact only of R429.00. Their staff are unprofessional and ****'s.
