Less than zero on your satsifaction scale
I have never, ever received such shocking service. I signed up for streaming about 10 days ago, have had AT LEAST 15 chat sessions and STILL have not had anyone resolve my problem. Please can I contact you so I can send you a copy of the multiple Chat sessions I have had to participate in for over 2 hours this evening. Unfortunately I couldn't access further back than 6.24 Please cancel my subscription with DSTV and refund my payment
