The chats provides the worst client experience...
I regret getting your internet services it messed my account of so many year and none of agents know what they are doing or how to even speak to clients. There are no TLs on sight I'm starting to think it's a circus #*** No one can fix my account it's frustrating!

25 Jun 2024, 13:02I am so disappointed in you guys you do not take your clients seriously you have the worst staff I wonder what happens in training and if you even quality management at all ... the behavior is appalling I just spoke to sibusiso from customer service who was so disrespectful and condescending.. I was left unattended on hold worse! Provide coaching you are surely losing clients and I understand why!
