Legal action

I have been with Dstv for more than two decades. This morning they list me twice on itc for fees i was never aware of as i have done a 24 month contract on debit order that goes off every month. No returns no dstv disconnections

Yesterday i called them to tell them that in the package i was told i get disney channel, it wasnt allowing me in so i called, the lady said it was not part of my package uet that was my decision on taking the contract , she said she would call me today however she has not instead i get a notification from transunion that i have been listed by dstv twice today. If i do not get removed from this listing i will have no alternative but to take legal action. No notification, explanation or any of the sort was done. I am livered
