Left feeling conned
This is the second review I'm writing about DSTV MultiChoice in the last 3 weeks. The service is truly pathetic. They offered a price lock deal for 24 months which I accepted at R839 per month for the top package across 2 decoders. I then added a third view at an additional R105 per month, This was confirmed by an agent that my monthly billing for the 3 views would be R934 per month on 07 August 2021. When I called to check that they would be billing me correctly as promised, they have no record of the price lock deal for 24 months for 2 views at R839. The awful service and customer service is a joke. When an agent can't resolve an issue on the call, they promise to call back. Needless to say, no one calls back. It's all very amateurish and I feel like I'm being conned by them. Not to mention the amount of money spent on the phone with them for basic queries. Can someone please call me back to confirm that I will be paying what you offered.

14 Aug 2021, 13:44I've been on the phone since before writing and posting the above review. The agent has gone off to look into my query and 43 minutes later I am still on the phone. She has not bothered to come back and apologize for the ridiculously long wait, at my expense. This is just weird.
