Lazybrats and empty promises but I'm not even surprised!!!

I paid my account on the 25th of Jan, I was told to send proof of payment to ********** and got an automated response saying ''Thanks for getting in touch with our Journals Escalation Team we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 working hours'', but they never did and Every time i follow up I'm advised that it has been escalated. Ref Number ********** . My payments have always been immediate except for this past month. I've been following from Saturday up to today with no luck. As a multichoice customer I'm really dissapointed.

Can my account be updated ASAP please my id number is ********** 629083, today is the due date and i don't want my viewing to be affected tomorrow.
