Lazy chat agents

DSTV chat agents are always so disappointing, they either lie to end the chat or move you to rate without assisting. Nomvula Mbata gave incorrect information yesterday during our chat becuase she was lazy to check the correct information and today Sikholiwe told me to hold them never ame back instead sent the rating tab. You agents never want to work, I am not stupid as a paying customer when I come to chats to get details about the channel, how do u provide me links that i already have when u can just check correct details on your system. Do better and hire people who actually want to assist customers.
