Launch of Novela Magic channel in Southern Africa, but hasn't launched in the rest of Africa yet.

The Novela Magic (Dstv 165) channel has launched today at 18:00. It was launched for Southern Africa only, but can't it launch in the rest of africa? All the shows on the channel were currently run on Africa Magic, Zambezi Magic and oneZED, but why isn't it available outside Southern Africa. For Example: Mo Abudu's Ebonylife TV channel. In 2018, you removed the channel from dstv suscribers in South Africa and across Southern Africa , but remained in the rest of Africa. In 2020, You removed the channel again from the rest of Africa and is no longer carried on the dstv platform. The Number that Novela Magic is on was formerly belonged to Mo Abudu's Ebonylife TV. I was expecting it to also launch in Nigeria as well. When will it launch in the rest of Africa?
