last debit order

Good Day<br> <br> my debit order is scheduled for the end of the month, no transactions took place during that time. all my other debit orders went off except dstv.<br> <br> now on the 5th of may(5 days after the end of the month) I received an sms to say that dstv went off but it bounced cause no available funds. this is truly unacceptable as now I need to pay dstv and then R140 return charge from the bank. I believe dstv must rectify this and also pay my return charge as it was their fault for not debit on the correct date.<br> <br> unacceptable and unprofessional work. please rectify asap.
