Largest Pyramid scheme

I am now convinced that dstv is running the largest pyramid scheme in history. The only thing those call center agents are trained to do is to upgrade a package. anything else you require from them will only be escalated and you will never get a call back, if you ask to speak to supervisor or manager, they are forever in meetings or on leave or you hold until the line drops. My bill has been inconsistent for the past 4 months and for 4 months my calls have been "escalated" to the billing department and yep you guessed right, no one ever calls
