Lame Excuse from DSTV to not have record of web activities and deactivation of a decoder

I have deactivated a decoder in Sept 2018 on the DSTV website. Since then has DSTV kept on deducting the monthly fee. I have contacted DSTV to inquire why they still deduct the fee and they have now actioned it to be deactivated 1 Apr 2019. I have requested DSTV to have a look on their system when last the decoder was used and when i logged onto their website to deactivate the decoder. There answer is that the specific department cannot help. It is an IT system and ALL LOGON details are available, especially when working with the public. This is a lame excuse as they try to suck you for a couple of months past your deactivation date.
