Lagging on streaming with DSTV

Honestly I am so disappointed. Why do we pay monthly subscription for a service that doesn’t work! I have been trying to watch Destination X season 1. It has lagged the whole way through but I get to episode 9 and it will just not play. “Whoops something went wrong”! We have emailed, phoned over and over and still no joy. They don’t even seem interested in helping solve the problem!!! Do better and fix this!
