LACK OFSERVICE FROM DSTV
My DSTV service was erroneously disconnected on December 2nd 2024. My account was fully paid on November 25th 2024. After making many calls at great expense and having forwarded Capitec proof of payment several times My service has NOT been reconnected. Many apologies but NO action. Dstv reference is ***. ID ***

The only standard answer I get from their agents is that the issue has been escalated to management. So after paying for service in good time and forwarding proof of payment several times I still sit without a TV service.

09 Dec 2024, 13:43As of today 9th problem NOT sorted. The balance outstanding now includes 2 penalties leaving my account disconnected. Their management simply don't care!!
