Lack of transparency unprofessional agents

Hello again Multi choice Dstv After my last review I merely got a call which the agent clearly never investigated prior to calling me. And said would go find the calls or information I was referring but no confirmation was advised as to the changes were done by your company in move in packages, all I heard was contradictions, excuses but NO attempt for solutions. I have payments towards a contract that was not solid on its exact price lock for my packages joined in were changes, upgrades and downgrades were done that were apparently during the pricelock so until this is resolved I expect to have active connections.
