Lack of Soft S****s from unprofessional staff!

Good Day, I called your call center at 22:19 on Saturday 12/01/2019 and spoke to Khanyisile. I am so disgusted by the service I received, firstly this girl could not even help me resolve my I query, I request that you pull the call and listen to our conversation, she kept lifting her Mic, whilst having a conversation with one of her colleagues, making me repeat everything I just told her and asking the same stupid mistakes which did not resolve anything. I am a call center agent, and this service I received was disgusting, please give your staff proper soft s****s training so they know how to speak to paying staff!
