Lack of service delivery

I have recently acquired a price lock deal with MultiChoice in december 2018. at first the delivery took forever to get to me. i had to complain through their delivery people at ONPOINT for over 2 weeks. when they eventually delivered, the wifi connector was faulty. I reported it right away, and to date they claim the delivery company can not get hold of me. I have sent them over 10 e-mails and nothing has been done about my issue. i have sent my contact details and still nothing. I have been messed around ever since the start of this transaction, i actually regret ever entering into this deal where service is not a priority to MultiChoice. I would like a refund to this deal and have it canceled. i would not be surprised if there still won't be any response to this. unfortunately, this is my last option since they no longer respond to my e-mails.
