Lack of service at DSTV Durban Umhlanga Rocks Drive branch.
Appalling service at the DSTV branch in Durban, on Umhlanga Rocks Drive. A receptionist handing out a customer number, a queue of people and only 2 or so counters being utilised. The manager Finky is apparently in "town" and nothing happens here. No wonder DSTV is struggling as a business.
