Lack of response

The kind of service I've experienced from multichoice is nothing short of atrocious. It's actually worse than that. I've got a compact package with xtra view, for the past 4 weeks I've been calling once or twice a week complaining about the error message \waiting for communication from primary decoder". I call in and speak to a consultant who will advise that the extra view department will call within 2 hours. I've made 4 of these calls and nobody came back to me on 2 occasions and the other 2 occasions I was called more than 3 days after logging the query. I fail to understand the perpetuating factor of this unacceptable conduct. I've asked on numerous occasions what is the cause of this error message because it's persistent and there hasn't been a convincing response. It's disgusting that a big company like this employs people who do not respect their Turn Around Time (TAT). I'm currently experiencing the same error message on my secondary decoder. I can't even stomach the fact that I'm paying in advance for this pathetic service. I haven't called in today because honestly"
